Isa Monyo Reversible Furoshiki 104cm | Ume Baby Pink & Blue

The Isa Monyo furoshiki collection features mesmerizing reversible designs from the acclaimed Isa Monyo Research Institute, where traditional motifs and techniques are revived by Kunio Isa, one of Japan's most influential stencil printing artists.

This is a large double-sided wrapping cloth with an "Ume" (Japanese plum) motif.    Blooming fragrantly in the midst of the cold winter, the plum flower is a symbol of perseverance and integrity in Japan. This furoshiki can be wrapped to expose either side, thanks to a special reversible processing technique that produces an identical pattern on each side with a different colorway.
