Shipping costs
The shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate calculated automatically by our platform. Because express carriers base their fees on volume rather than weight, the exact cost is only known once your shipment is ready to be dispatched. A
We always make our shipments as compact as possible to avoid product breakage and to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you.
Additional fees may apply if you reside in a remote area or if your shipment is particularly heavy. To explore alternative shipping options, email us at pro@bentoandco.com and we will provide a quote.
Processing & delivery times
When all items are in stock, delivery takes about one week on average from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your door (excluding weekends and national holidays).
Express shipping can take up to 5 business days, except for remote areas.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number is sent by email together with your final invoice. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder for emails from pro@bentoandco.com. You can also find your tracking information in your account under your order history.
Note: Emails are sent to the address used to create your Bento&co PRO account. If you wish to use a different address, let us know and we will update your account.
Damaged parcels or items
If the parcel itself is visibly damaged, please take photos and file a claim directly with the carrier (FedEx or DHL), as this indicates the parcel was damaged during transport.
For damaged products, email us photos along with the number of items affected, and we will arrange a replacement.
Missing items
Carriers sometimes split a multi-parcel shipment and deliver the parcels separately. Please check your shipment tracking for details and contact the carrier if you have not received all parcels.
If all parcels have been delivered but items are still missing, email us the list of missing products and we will make sure to get them to you.
