Shipping Method

We ship worldwide from our base office in Kyoto through DHL or FedEx. We will select the least expensive option available when we dispatch your parcel(s); if you want to use a specific carrier, please let us know by leaving a note on your order or sending us an email.

Depending on your geographical location, shipping can be quite expensive, especially if your area is considered to be a “remote location” by the carrier. If you would like to explore other options like sea shipping, please let us know per email and we will provide you with a quote. 

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost you see at checkout is an estimation calculated automatically by our platform. As our shipping carriers base their shipping fees on volume (and not weight), we will only know the exact fees once your shipment is ready to be dispatched. 

As a general rule of thumb, your shipping fees will be around 20-30% of your order total. We always try to make our boxes as compact as possible so that products won’t move or be damaged during transport. This also results in lower shipping fees for you. 

We will send your final invoice once your order is ready to ship. Depending on the final amount, you may be reimbursed, or asked to pay extra shipping fees. 

If you would prefer to pay only once, please select bank transfer as a payment method when you check out. First-time orders must be paid in full before being dispatched, repeat orders must be paid within 2 weeks after shipping.


Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days, except for remote areas (Pacific islands, countryside towns in certain countries). We send you your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. 

To ensure smooth delivery of your goods, please contact your local DHL/FedEx office and send them any necessary clearance documents ahead.
