Foundedin 1898, Kohchosai Kosuga began as the provider of bamboo products for the imperial household in Kyoto. Now, five-generations later the family-owned business continues to create handmade, high-quality bamboo products.  Using locally sourced bamboo from Kyoto, traditional techniques and a sophisticated aesthetic, they create items that are a perfect match for the modern day.

Product Description

Created in collaboration with Danish designer Thomas Lykke from design studio OeO the Copenhagen Collection Box is a beautifully minimalist bamboo box that bridges Scandinavian and Japanese aesthetics. Its round shape makes it perfect for storing little treasures, candies or non-saucy foods.
