About Billing

Once your order is ready to ship, we will send your final invoice. If this is your first order with us, your order will only be sent once payment has been made.

Depending on product availability and final shipping costs, you may be required to pay additional fees or be partially refunded if you paid via credit card. Refunds will automatically be processed onto the credit card used for payment. This may take several days, and depending on your credit card and banking companies, you may be charged handling fees.

For additional payments, we will update your order and send you a payment link. You will be redirected to a secured page to pay via credit card.


About Payment

All prices are in Japanese yen (JPY), VAT excluded. (VAT and import duties will be billed by the carrier. See “EPAs and Taxes” for more information). You will pay according to the currency rate at the time of the transaction. First-time orders must be paid in full before being dispatched, repeat orders must be paid within 2 weeks after shipping.

You can use the following methods of payment:

  • Credit card - only for orders less than 300,000 yen
  • Bank transfer
  • Wise (formerly known as Transferwise)

 

Regarding bank transfers

When paying by bank transfer, we kindly ask that you bear the handling fees, as we will also be charged on our side to receive the payment.

Please note that we cannot provide you with an IBAN as Japanese banks do not use them. You will have to use the national bank account number as well as the SWIFT code to make your transfer.
